Our board of directors meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm in the board room at district’s main station located at 501 W. Business HWY 60 in Dexter, MO.   The Board  of Directors reserves the right to alter or amend this meeting schedule as needed.  All required notices will be published according to Missouri State statue and Missouri Sunshine Law.
