Crystal began her career with Stoddard County in 2008 in the Communications Department. She obtained her EMT certification in 2010 and was named as the Communications Lieutenant in January of 2019, later promoted to Communications Supervisor in 2023.
Crystal is also a member of the Crisis Intervention Team and Stoddard County Ambulance Special Response Team, HSRT, and has deployed to aid in Hurricaine relief.Crystal is also a certified car seat technician.
