Felecia began her career in 2004 as an EMT and became a Paramedic in 2007. Felecia joined Stoddard County Ambulance District in 2011, became a Field Training Officer in 2019, and was named Clinical Lead in August 2023. Felecia is also a Stoddard County Ambulance Special Response Team and HSRT member and has deployed to aid in Hurricane relief. 

Felecia is responsible for district-wide and public educational outreach, including CPR classes. Felecia is an EMS Educator and AHA BLS Instructor. Felecia also heads the QA/QI committee.

Felecia also oversees the new hire training program and supervises feld training officers. Feleica was promoted to Paramedic Crew Chief in June 2024.
